🇺🇦 We are very moved by the situation in Ukraine. 🇺🇦

At the same time we are preparing the conference and we will also be posting information for participants and all those interested as before. This does not mean that we forget about the situation – each of us helps as much as they can.

We are wholeheartedly with Ukraine, including all our participants and guests from the current and past editions. If there is anything we can do for you – please contact us. Also, if you want to help, but don’t know how – write to us, we will provide guidance.

Due to the transfer of the conference format to remote, an annex with information on the changes has appeared in the regulations. The regulations and the appendix are now available in the Download section on the left side bar.

Due to the increase in the number of confirmed coronavirus cases, we regret to inform you that this year’s EYEC edition will be held online on MS Teams.

We would also like to inform you that we have sent an email to all registered participants with detailed information. If you have any questions, please contact us on: eyec.ichip@pw.edu.pl.

We have good news for those who haven’t registered yet. Registration is extended and you can still join our conference

Don’t be confused by the last post “Register by Monday” – the information referred to a lower conference fee. Conference registration is still open, so don’t wait and sign up now!

This Monday (November 8th) is the deadline to register with the lower conference fee. Don’t wait, register now!

When filling out the form, you need to know the title of your presentation, and the abstract itself must be sent by November the 22nd – when the registration with the full conference fee ends. If you plan to be a Free Listener (without presentation) – it is even more important to register early! Take advantage of the weekend and register for the EYEC Conference – see you in April!
