The conference fee
We accept payments in PLN, upon special request in EUR.
Conference fee depends on the date of registration:
- Participants registered until 27 October 2025: 690 PLN (165 EUR).
- Participants registered after 27 October 2025: 850 PLN (200 EUR).
The fee includes: participation in the conference, conference package, meals (lunch, coffee breaks), additional evening attractions.
Each participant will receive information about the invoices in October.
Payment method
Please indicate EYEC and participant’s LAST NAME on the bank transfer form. No other option than bank transfer is available.
The handling fees are the responsibility of the payer.
