The conference fee
We accept payments in PLN, upon special request in EUR.
Conference fee depends on the date of registration:
- Participants registered until 26 October 2026: 750 PLN (175 EUR)
- Participants registered after 30 November 2026: 930 PLN (215 EUR)
The fee includes:
- participation in the conference,
- conference package,
- meals (lunches, coffee breaks),
- additional evening attractions.
Each participant will receive information about the invoices in October.
Payment details
Deadline for payment is 18th January 2027.
No other option than bank transfer is available. Please indicate EYEC and participant’s LAST NAME on the bank transfer form.
The handling fees are the responsibility of the payer.
