Participation in the Conference:
- There are three types of possible conference participation:
- Free listener – participant needs to pay registration fee. There is no need for an abstract or paper submission for this type of participation in the conference.
- Poster presenter – participant needs to pay registration fee and submit an abstract concerning work to present during the poster presentation (Rapid Poster Session and Poster Session). It is also possible to write an article or monograph article (preferred form of scientific communication) for this type of participation in the conference.
- Oral presenter – participant needs to pay registration fee and submit an abstract concerning work to present during the oral presentation. It is also possible to write a scientific or monograph article – preferred form of scientific communication in our conference.
- All participants are obliged to comply with present regulations.
- Organizing committee will provide certificate of attendance for each participant.
- Conference fee is the same for each type of participation.
Conference fee depends on the date of registration:
- 14.11.2016-5.12.2016 – fee: 300 PLN (~75 EUR),
- 6.12.2016-19.12.2016 – fee: 350 PLN (~85 EUR).
Bank account will be announced shortly after registration and papper submission deadline via e-mail, news on EYEC official web site and facebook.
